For two and a half thousand years, the Parthenon is an unsurpassed example of ancient Greek architectural mastery. Careful study and measurements of the building revealed the reasons for its unfading glory. The architects of ancient Greece used certain tools to deceive the eye. They so skillfully violated the proportions of the elements and changed their position that a person could see the perfect picture of the building. The film attempts to systematize these changes and display them visually.
