This series offers an in-depth exploration of identity, memory and reality, through the unique perspective of the "reborn" - individuals who experience reincarnation, being immediately reborn in the place that another person died at the same moment, physically reversing locations.The first season takes place in Rio de Janeiro, in the not-too-distant future, 2040, combining current technology with futuristic predictions. The series addresses little explored social, political, environmental, scientific and emotional issues of this near future.
