The PAF Masters have a medium level of output and gives you that classic “Old-school”, “Vintage Rock” tone with a lot of bite and attack in your sound.
These pickups wouldn’t be my primary option for heavy rhythm/riffing, but I find them excellent for leads/soloing where they just sing.
...It may seem strange to have that tone with an Ibanez, but I love the look and feel on the RG.
