Today, our everyday activities are mostly dependent on the smooth functioning of new communication technologies. This project depicts five stealthy characters engaging in a pervasive game played around the city. The main intention of the creative process was to use misdirection in order to trick the viewer by arousing suspicion and curiosity. Carefully chosen popular and recognisable Bristol landmarks are in tune with the activities usually experienced within those sights, forming the setting for 'The Game'. An important aspect of the project was to incorporate urban sports into the script as those are inseparable from the shared experience of Bristol street life. This short film takes the viewer into an interactive journey between reality and virtual world, all set within Bristol scenery.
