2024 brought us some great premier jazz fusion artists, including the group Niwana, led by French composer Anawin Tiers. This is one of my favorite new albums currently, heavily inspired by late '80s synth-driven smooth jazz like The Rippingtons, Jeff Lorber, George Duke & others.
