Based on a traditional Breton dance tune. 'The Golden Wood' was actually the first thing I recorded for what would become 'Kantorka'.As I first heard this beautiful tune played by a band called Lothlorien, I decided to name my version of the same song after Tolkien's 'heart of elvendom', 'The Golden Wood' of Lothlorien.
