フィンランドのTyhjät Patteritの2nd 7"を先日アップしたところ、Hilse-Levytからリリースされた1stも聴きたいという声をいただいたのでポスト。確かにA-1以外はYouTubeで聴けなかった模様。1作目の音源ということで、特にA-1は疾走感とラフさがたまらない100%キラー・パンク・ロック・ナンバーで、個人的主観では、日本のYoung Onesを思わせるドライヴ感がツボ。
このバンドの典型的な展開なのか、2曲目となるA-2はミドル・テンポのパンク・ロックで、B-1に至ってはエクスペリメンタルな感触のスロー・ナンバーを披露しており、その後のポスト・パンク/ニューウェイヴ路線に進むバンドの方向性を感じさせる楽曲となっている。パンク的にズバ抜けてヤラれるのはA-1"Tässä Ja Nyt" (英訳: Here and Now)で、レア盤ではあるがそのためにでも買って損はない。

Somebody, who saw my last post of Tyhjät Patterit 2nd 7”, asked me that would like to hear the 1st one, so here it is. Much rougher and faster song on A-1, and A-2 is a mid tempo punky song. Also they try to make more experimental knda song as Side=B and it is showing us the direction of their later musical way (they turned into more Post Punk/ New Wave on 3rd 7" an 12").
Anyway, the most killer track from this band is definitely A-1 "Tässä Ja Nyt" (means Here and Now) and you won't regret buying just for this song even though it's over $100.00 rare stuff currently.
