In JavaScript, assignment operators are used to give values to variables. The = operator assigns the value on the right to the variable on the left. For example, let x = 10; makes x equal to 10.

There are also combined operators: += adds and assigns, -= subtracts and assigns, *= multiplies and assigns, and /= divides and assigns. For example, x += 5; adds 5 to x.

Relational operators compare two values and return true or false. The == operator checks if values are equal, while === checks if values and types are equal. For example, 5 == '5' is true, but 5 === '5' is false because one is a number and the other is a string. Other operators include != (not equal), !== (not equal in value or type), (greater than), (less than), = (greater than or equal to), and = (less than or equal to).

These operators help in making decisions and performing calculations in your code.
