八角 4粒
紹興酒 1湯匙
五香粉 1湯匙
蔥 1條
薑 1件
醃料：
甜醬 4湯匙
鹽 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
五香粉 1湯匙
白胡椒粉 2茶匙
皮香料：
白醋 6湯匙
麥芽糖 3－4湯匙
醬油 1湯匙
老抽 半湯匙

春卷皮 1包
甘筍 1條
小青瓜 2條
