Sarajevo or Сарајево (2024) is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo has a population of 280,000 and it by far the largest city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The city is founded at the Miljacka River. The metropolitan area of Sarajevo has a population of 555,000 inhabitants.
