Episode three of The Solo Barndo Build. Paul creates a template or storyboard to mark out the locations of all the girts, porch headers, and truss pockets. This a great approach to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The Cedar plan is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and cost efficiency, without sacrificing function! This open-concept plan features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with plenty of space to add another bedroom and/or bathroom upstairs. A large 8′ kitchen island, feature fireplace, and charming wrap around porch come together to make this home feel cozy and welcoming. The Cedar plan provides an economical structure with 14′ sidewalls and a vaulted ceiling upstairs, helping reduce building costs by utilizing a “one and a half” story design.

Paul will be breaking down the days/hours it takes for each portion of this build.
