It's a tricky subject, Mental Health. Keith Flint from the Prodigy recnetly killed himself. This prompted me to make this vlog, because he and his music meant a lot to me.
I urge you to please take care of yourselves and others. Explore talk therapy, medication, beat on the drums, go for a walk, something, anything, to keep you here.
