Loopcloud has the world’s best auto tagging, filtering and searching for sounds. We’ve already covered how to use those features, however there is a bit of AI Search magic built into the app as well.

Whenever you have a sound selected, if you right-click, you will get 3 AI Search options. You can also find these features using the 3-dot menu on the far right of the select sounds row.

‘Find Similar Sounds’ is great for finding suitable alternatives to your starting sound. Maybe you need a slightly better snare for your track or a fuller-sounding bass sample

‘Find Harmonic Matches’ will search Loopcloud for complementary harmonic loops to your source sound. This is great for starting to build initial ideas for your track, or for finding that one missing element for your track that you didn’t know you needed.

‘Find Rhythmic Matches’ will search Loopcloud for complementary rhythmic loops (Drums, Percussion and Cymbal loops) to your source sound. This is great for starting to build initial ideas for your track, or for finding that one missing element for your track that you didn’t know you needed.

Using any of the features will automatically switch you to a new track if there is one available.

And, the best part, you can now use tags and auto filters to further narrow down the results.
