Here is Voodooo.haa's updated Shielder Build for PvP - including equips, runes, handbook, attributes and PVP action.

While most Divine Avengers have relegated shield skills for grinding, Voodooo.haa still use shield skills to wipe the floor in PVP. Be warned that you'll see big damage here, high enough to cause you to rethink your build lol.
