Here is a brand new Fillmore practice amplifier I designed and built myself today. Jeez I am starting to scare myself when I get a new idea in the shop and heat up the soldering iron haha. It took me about two hours start to finish including the design calculations. I did the voltage/impedance curve and it is putting out about 8 watts RMS. THERE IS NO EQ ON THE LEAD GUITAR what you hear is precisely what this little amp head puts out. Fits in the palm of my hand -- as you can see for yourself. Guitar is a 1992 Peavey Predator a Stratocaster-type guitar. I just plugged it in the first time and let the blues wail. Listen to the feedback hear the tone then take another look at the size of this amp (and the inside of the case is mostly "empty space" haha but need it for cooling). It weighs about three ounces.

Imagine carry this to a gig in your guitar case, plug it into a 8-ohm speaker cabinet and start wailing. Powered by a 28 volt wall wart! Yikes.

I HOPE YOU LIKE IT!

Bill
