Mark Saunders, Director of the Centre of Excellence for Cities, and Paul Andersen, Account Director, Amey, describe the Changify app. This mobile application enable residents to report deficiencies in the state of repair of roads and streets by sending messages and photos. The app sends the report directly to the persons in charge of maintaining the roads. This makes it possible to identify areas that need repair and to prioritise those that are most urgent, based on comments from app users.
