ICMM members commit to support efforts to mitigate GHG emissions, in collaboration with peers, by promoting innovation, and developing and deploying low emissions technology. Through the collaborative Innovation for Cleaner, Safer Vehicles (ICSV) initiative, members are working in partnership with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to address this challenge by promoting operational and technological innovation that will enable mining operations to adopt GHG-free surface mining vehicles as soon as possible.
