Around 350 teachers and 100 employees of the school staged demonstration against the acting principal, Abul Hossain, on the school premises between Tuesday morning and Tuesday evening when Abul resigned from his post of acting principal.
Ziauddin Bhuiyan, an assistant teacher of the school, alleged that they were compelled to go for movement as the acting principal ‘committed corruption’ in different sectors, including teacher and staff recruitment.
He said that the heads of the eight sections of the institution were running the school in absence of a principal.
Abul Hossain is still a lecturer of the institution’s management department, he said.
