WE TAKE:
🔹large carrots 2 pcs
🔹 eggs 3 pcs
🔹 flour 200 gr
🔹sugar 200 gr
🔹 baking powder 10 gr
🔹 vanilla sugar 10 gr
🔹 salt 5 gr
🔹 butter 50 gr
🔹 vegetable oil 1 tbsp

WE DO:
✅ peel the carrots and punch in a blender or rub on a fine grater, sauté in butter with the addition of vanillin or vanilla sugar until the aroma appears 2-3 minutes
✅ beat eggs with salt, add sugar and beat until thick and fluffy for 3-5 minutes, depending on the power of the mixer
✅ Sift flour and baking powder and mix with whipped mass and passivated carrots
✅ Lubricate the form with oil, pour the dough and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
✅ We check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick, in the center - the dough should not stick to it

Serve for dessert, ideal with a scoop of ice cream. Delicious also chilled.
