buy for example here: the inventors behind the house music project are french producer Walter Traieb and well known DJ Pippi. The story goes that Taieb invited Pippi to his studio in New York. Pippi, Resident Dj at Pacha / Ibiza brought some records and so the tune was created in typical 90ies house style.
Taieb released the "swing versions" on his own label which had a deal with major company mercury / universal. But they quit on the production. So the track got later on remixes by "Dancing Divas", a quiet hot production duo at the time. Licensed by Ore Music, a sub label dedicated to house music of XL Records (the famous imprint which brought us "Prodigy" for example).
The Dancing Divas Mixes really blew off and the tune got a European wide chart hit (No2 in the UK, Top Ten in several other countries). Some two years later in 1996 the hit got back to the US and entered the billboard hot 100 also there.
