I don't usually do gear stuff, so I'm at bit terrible at this, but I thought this guitar deserved a slightly closer look. I recently purchased this 2012 J Mascis Jazzmaster with upgraded parts with the intention of doing more Sonic Youth stuff. Though initially the first things I started jamming out on it were 'fuzzier' type riffs. Just what I felt like at the time.
