Had a lot of fun with this one. Inspired mostly by a friend's divorce (Congratulations Girl!) and other random things. It took me a while between writing the lyrics in mid April until finally deciding on the video style this weekend, but I feel it was worth it to wait till inspiration smacked me around the face.
I love the song, even though the concept is rather heavy, it has the most madly light spirited feeling about it that makes me laugh.
I hope that you can find a time where it can lighten a dark corner for you too.
