There is an easier, safer way to peel ginger. Here's what to do.
When you use a knife or a peeler, you end up wasting a lot of ginger and you know how I feel about waste.
Instead, use a common kitchen spoon and scrape away the skin making sure to get in all of those cracks and crevices.
You'll be left with a beautiful knob of ginger and cut down on so much waste.
