According to a new analysis of the so-called cuts being made by Elon Musk’s DOGE office, at least 40% of the “cuts” aren’t going to save the government any money at all because the contracts being “cancelled” have already been fulfilled. The DOGE group is lying at every possible turn about how much money they are saving, and eventually the public is going to become aware of all of the deception happening. On Monday of this week, the Department of Government Efficiency maybe, or maybe not under the guidance of Elon Musk, because even Trump's own lawyers don't know who's running the department. But anyway, they posted on their website an updated list of all of the federal contracts that they have canceled, saving the United States, tens of billions of dollars. We are hard at work here at Doge, even though 20 of our employees quit this week because we're basically lying to the public and they couldn't stand it anymore, but we're totally telling the truth about saving you $65 billion. They said, and they posted the receipts, right? They posted a couple thousand contracts on their Doge website saying all these were canceled, all of 'em. Look at all the money we have saved. There's just one problem. You see, the people who remain at Doge, not the 20 who quit, those were apparently the smart folks.

All that's left now are the dumb ones. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart, there is not a single smart person working for that Doge group, and the public agrees with me on that. Polls have shown that a majority of Americans are worried that Elon Musk has too much power. They do not like what Doge is doing. So the public has turned against Elon Musk and Doge, but here's the kicker of those receipts that they posted on their website, claiming they've canceled these contracts and saved you $65 billion. 40% of them have already been paid. Those contracts were over, the contractor performed the duties and either had already been paid or was awaiting payment, which means you can't cancel it because they met their end of the bargain, so you still have to pay 'em. So you didn't save us $65 billion. The correct estimate is actually closer to about four or $5 billion, not 65, not 80 as they had actually previously claimed a few days before they revised it to 65. And most of that just came in the form of firing everybody. They can get their dirty little fingers on this group is repeatedly lying to the American public. Their own receipts, prove it. They're not out there creating efficiency. They're not out there saving us any money. They're out there finding receipts they've already paid and saying, well, I'm not, I'm not doing that again. Yeah, that's, that's like after you go to the grocery store and you have your big receipt and you're saying, well, I'm, I'm canceling this. I'm not gonna go buy those things again today. Already paid it. All you're saying is that you're just not gonna go rebuy the groceries that you just bought because you just bought 'em and you don't need 'em. That's what Doge is trying to tell you. That is how they're doing their fuzzy math, as George W. Bush called it way back in the day, and I think it's time to bring that phrase back, fuzzy math. That is what these idiots at Doge, the ones who are left, are doing in order to convince the American public that these kids actually know what they're doing, when in reality they're either too dumb to do math or they're so deceitful that they're incapable of telling you the truth. Either way, not a good outcome for the United States.
