I've decided that I need to build a concrete retaining wall on one end of the garden to reinforce the existing wooden wall. The wooden wall is probably not strong enough to keep the dirt in place after I have build stone steps leading up to the terrace roof. The concrete wall will also offer lateral support to the bathroom wall.Further I'm slowly starting on the electrics in the basement and I'm winterising the chicken coop by making it fully enclosed and adding 'smart' technology as an automated door and battery powered WiFi camera.
