I met Sonya during a writing session...composing the famed "Train Song" in the company of none other Eric Krasno of Soul Live. Sonya had the songwriting wisdom of someone twice her experience (age and living). Here is an excerpt of a show she did at Rockwood Music Hall in NYC. Some good friends are in this band as well including Neal Evans on drum set and Skye Steele on guitar and strings. Songs touch the heart and soul of people in ways that music alone often falls short of. this is simply great music.
