Season 3, Episode 11: Gordon visits Fleming, a Danish restaurant in Miami, Florida. It was once the best family-run restaurant in town, but now the place is on its last legs. Fleming was bought by husband and wife team Andy and Suzanne eight years ago, in the hope of continuing the restaurant's past success, but with no clue about Danish cuisine it's no real surprise the place is losing money. Can Gordon save their bacon?

Season 3, Episode 12: Gordon is at Sushi Ko in California. Owner Akira was a successful sushi chef at someone else's restaurant so he and his wife Lisa decided to branch out on their own. When they started, business was booming but it soon slowed down. They're losing up to $20,000 a month and Akira is a shadow of his former self. Gordon is Sushi Ko's last hope.
