Russian President Vladimir Putin tore into the U.S., European Union and the West for the Ukraine crisis. In a meeting of the Kremlin's Security Council, Putin said that the Western intelligence was involved in sabotage and terrorist acts carried out by Ukraine in the four regions Moscow claims to have annexed amid war last year. Putin also swore in 17 international ambassadors in the Kremlin and blasted the EU and the U.S. for deteriorating and degrading relations. Watch this video for more details.
