Examining an ancient giant spider stuck in amber for up to 99 million years. Whether or not it is that old is up for debate, but it is definitely an ancient species unknown to science.

I took the liberty of naming this spider since it is unknown to science - Gave it the name Protoarachnida whiteyexotica

This spider at full legspan is definitely one of the largest found in amber with a legspan that may have stretched over 2" if it was complete.
