After wrapping a final show, over 26 hours on the road, playing to sea of beautiful faces, loaded down with string instruments, and airport tags, an old dusty van, the old songs and the new songs... We thought we’d like to send this one out to y’all as a nod to the path of the traveler.
To the winding road of the troubadour. We revel in this work, and the kind strangers who have taken us in along the way…
Brought us bowls of soup, and bouquets of herbs from their gardens, brought their grandmothers, and their neighbors,
homemade jams, and medicines,
and tales of heartbreak and triumph.
You all have sung us your songs in your own languages, and brought us stories from all the homelands..
