🥘 Zucchini baked in the oven under a cheese crust
INGREDIENTS:
zucchini - 2 pcs. (700 g)
salt - 0.5 tsp
dried garlic - 2 tsp
smoked paprika - 1 tsp
cheese (parmesan) - 50 g (or any to your taste)
olive oil

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 7-10 minutes.
