
A bigger menu doesn't mean better food or a better experience for the guest. Having too many choices can be a bad thing for everyone involved.
When a restaurant has a smaller menu it usually means that everything on it is exceptional. The cooks have time to perfect their recipes, and the guest is always happy with the result.
In my mind, a smaller menu wins out every time.
