Get over those "zipper jitters" and sew along with me as I make a cute zipper pouch.I'm demonstrating with my zipper pouch kit (get yours here: )

The finished zipper pouch measures approximately 9½" x 7¾", with this easy, beginner friendly kit. NO CUTTING NECESSARY — GO & SEW! Each kit includes exclusive fabric, featuring a photo of a Whole Circle Studio quilt (Big Island Sunset, Big Island Sky, Paws Up! or Journeys Aren't Straight Lines) printed on high-quality 100% cotton twill. Enjoy the style of a pre-quilted look — I’ve already taken care of the quilting texture for you. But of course, if you’d like, you can always layer your own quilting on top. This project is perfect for the beginner sewist or those who have zipper jitters. Included in these kits are an easy-to-follow illustrated instruction booklet along with a link to a free online zipper pouch video mini-class that you can sew along with.

If you don't have a kit and are sewing with your own fabric, I started with pieces that measured approximately 10½" x 8⅝" and used a #4.5 9" zipper.
