This is the first documentary feature movie dedicated to the art of plastic surgery, which aims to reveal the personality through changes in the human body. Doctor Edgar Kaminskyi is the author of the idea and one of the key figures of the picture.

This film was filmed in 2019. Due to the pandemic and Covid-19 quarantine reasons, the presentation was postponed for a long time. The official presentation was in 2022.

The movie's main character, Andriana, became one of the winners of the beauty contest "Beauty for Kindness" (according to the rules, the participants helped orphanages and transferred money for children's treatment), having won a free operation. She flew in from London and immediately found herself at the epicenter of the filming process. The film subtly shows the heroine's emotions at all stages of her personal transformation. Friends call the heroine Andy, hence the name of the movie “She as Andy.”

One day of filming was entirely devoted to the operation. For the first time in the entire practice of Edgar Kaminskyi, there were more than 20 people in the operating room. The uniqueness of the movie lies in the live shooting. The doctor didn't have a chance for another take, for a second attempt at a cut. In the film, you can see his unique technique of closed-saving controlled rhinoplasty. The operation lasted 2 hours. During the operation, a live stream was on Dr. Kaminskyi's Instagram.

Yes, there are actual shots of the operation in the film, but they are presented so delicately and beautifully that the viewer will not want to turn away. The last shots of the film with the operation's result were filmed at the end of 2020. Creating this picture took a whole year, but the result was worth the wait.
