Ingredients:(serving 2)

1/2 cup oats (soaked in hot milk)
10 dates (pitted, soaked in hot milk)
1/4 cup almonds- 15-20 almonds (soaked in hot water and peel off)
1 banana
1 tsp roasted flax seeds
1 cup milk (or any plant-based milk like almond or soy)
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


Instructions:
Soak the oats and dates in hot milk for about 1-2 hour to soften.
Soak the almonds in hot water for 1-2 hour then peel them.
In a blender, add the soaked oats, dates, peeled almonds, banana, cinnamon and flax seeds.
Add 1 cup of milk and blend until smooth.
