Welcome to Day 3 of my first-ever dawless challenge for Jamuary 2025! The prompt for that day was: "Use unconventional drum sounds." Inspired by this, I incorporated Nordic, Celtic, and folk-inspired percussion, including sticks and organic drum sounds, all triggered from my Korg Volca Sample 2.

Layered over these earthy rhythms are ambient synth pads from my Arturia Microfreak and a DIY Solina synthesizer I built myself. Both synths are enhanced by the lush effects of the Zoom MS-70CDR, creating an immersive dark folk ambient soundscape.

🔊 This piece is meditative, atmospheric, and perfect for deep focus, relaxation, or introspection, at least, that's how it affects me!
