We often hear about the clinical and therapeutic applications of psychedelics, but the importance of the recreational aspect of psychedelia is often left out of the conversation at conferences and seminars. This panel discussion examines how psychedelic music festivals and gatherings impact society culturally, philosophically and sociologically. It comes at the end of the Psychedelic Communitas panel. We recommend watching Chiara Baldini's and Iryana Mosina's talks first, both can be found on our channel.

Breaking Convention holds Europe's largest conference on psychedelic research. The inaugural conference took place in 2011. This particular edition occurred on 20th April 2024 at Conway Hall in London, UK.
