This new bathroom build in our old French house has felt like a baptism of fire, with just about every aspect of it being something that we have never done before! But that’s not stopping us from dreaming big and attempting to pull off the bathroom of our dreams. Not all super heroes wear capes and that is most certainly true for our French neighbour and friend who does more than just lend a hand with our tiling, setting the bar extremely high for Jack’s DIY tiling to finish it off! In keeping with the traditional stone build of our house, and our renovation philosophy of using natural and long lasting materials, we outsource the carving of a beautiful bespoke limestone sink to a local artisan who absolutely blows us away with his craftsmanship. After a lovely summer break, this bathroom really can’t wait any longer and it's heads down to get it done! Can’t wait for the final reveal! Fabien Motta, our Stonemason:
