This is day 1 of me trying to find out which Indian State/City has the best food. Starting with the crown of India, Jammu and Kashmir has a rich variety of food items out of which the most famous ones are Dum Aloo, kulcha, etc. The blend of authentic Kashmiri spices with the unique recipes belonging to the people of this city, lead to the creation of one of the best cuisines in the world. Surprisingly these dishes were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way. I had a great time trying out these food item.
