The 38-year-old star, who recently came out as pansexual, just posted a sweet TikTok snap with her girlfriend.
The caption reads “you know I never found love until…”
But it’s actually something else that has caught the attention of eagle-eyed fans.
Tammy’s face is noticeably slimmer in the photos, and a few scars can be seen on her neck, as she rocks her post surgery look.
Many users rushed to Tammy’s comment section to congratulate her.
“You look amazing girl,” one said.
Another added, “So proud of you, am glad the old Tammy is gone, the new and the real Tammy has appeared.”
Tammy previously laid out her surgery plans in season 7 of 1000-Lb Sisters. It was then she first revealed she wanted to have skin removal surgery.
