Kenner Police say a 16-year-old girl led officers on a chase in a stolen car to New Orleans last Monday. When officers finally stopped her, they reported finding a 1-year-old unrestrained in the backseat.The chase began when a city crime camera– called a FLOCK camera– stationed in Kenner spotted the license plate. It connected it to a car reported stolen in New Orleans.
