happy #InternationalWomensDay to all the incredible womxn in the world ❤️ collaborating with womxn was always second nature to me.. and in many ways i owe my success to womxn. Following in Daft Punk's footsteps, i’ve put together this track and a playlist on spotify of MY TEACHERS as a tribute and to highlight just a few of those who i have learned and continue to learn from.

These are just a few of the people whose work excites me. i respect what they represent and how their lives mirror their beliefs. i’m in awe of their bravery and courage in overcoming their challenges. there are infinitely more names I could add to this list, and I will continue to honour womxn and to help fight for much deserved equality across the gender divide.

it’s alluring to talk about people who we consider the most profound by societal standards but on IWD I think it’s important to acknowledge there are so many different types of people as well. it’s about how we can all be the best version of ourselves and how that impacts the world and people around us. that’s often challenging, especially today when we’re openly judged in the public court of opinion. i’m a fan of all these trailblazing womxn for various reasons and I love to see them stand tall and succeed.
