▪️ 130g sugar or sugar substitute
▪️ 3 eggs
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ zest of 1 lemon
▪️ 25 ml lemon juice
▪️ 1g salt
▪️ 320g all-purpose flour
▪️ 5g baking soda
▪️ 5g baking powder
BAKE 50-60 minutes at 350ºF / 175ºС
