Whilst converting my Goporo Hero12 into a naked gopro using the Geprc kit I ran into two problrem. I forgot to install the gopro labs firmware onto the gopro before tearing my gopro apart, its important you install gopro labs firmware before you start taking the gopro apart. My second issue was that there was no input from the gopro sensor, although the gopro would turn on and switch modes the sensor input was black. In this video ill share how i fix the two issue i ran into whilst converting my gopro.
