These days the trees are full of flowers,fruits,and vegetables.Some, like Durian,Velvet,and avocados,are now off-season.However,the chilli trees are also very fertile throughout the year.The Chilly trees are filled with Red and Purple Chilies,it’s like small bulbs fit onto the tree.Even though rain falls capsicum trees are also well fertile.A lot of the spikes have fallen to the ground due to the weight of the twigs.Two or three twigs ripe here and there.If I failed to pluck the capsicums by today itself I will get scolded by my Dad very well.😀
Ants had bit my helper 'saki' who came to help me to pluck the Capsicums.Oh my Gosh!😂😂
 Put some turmeric powder, salt and pepper with wild eggplant in the pan and let it boil.Fry the raw prawns in oil until golden brown then only you will get the real taste.It's not like our country food if you do not put a chopped bird chilli pod with,onion, garlic,curry leaves and capsicums😍.when onion and Curry leaves fry smell comes add boiled Tibbatu with sliced tomatoes.It is best to save to the dish before tomato gets waterish. Otherwise instead of a fry you have to eat a curry.😃
Our grandmother is very good at cooking Capsicum curry with filling.So my mother too. Anyone can cook,but the matter is cooking delicious food.To cook tasty you should have cooking passion.
shallot,Maldives fish and curry leaves should be chopped in to tiny pieces. Add little turmeric powder, salt,pepper,chili powder and add little salt mix well. Before filling the capsicums put a crack,remove the seeds.If not there will not be enough space inside for filling.Place the capsicums in a bowl and alternately place the non-nut side on top of the crack.When you put the rest of the filling on the bottom,the capsicums will not move here and there while cooking on low flame.Mix the pinch of cinnamon, curry leaves,pandan leaves,turmeric powder,curry powder,pinch of salt with coconut milk 1st extract.Add the mix to cooking Capsicum let it simmer on low heat without stirring.I can eat a plate of rice with a capsicums pod also I can’t miss the taste part which there in the bottom of the pan.😍
Our father likes to eat delicious food.Our father blessed to have my mother,younger brother and me, because three of us can cook very well.We three are cooking and my father enjoying the food.How lucky my Father!
A few days passed,and now we plucked ripened capsicums pods and given to our neighbors.If anyone can fill their stomach sharing is not a matter.💛
The trees are broken so now it is time to cut down the trees and plant another crop.The tree is just like us.Large spikes are formed at a young age,but with age the spikes become smaller. Small spikes we can add it to a fry.Other than what can we do?There is something to do..Two hours after kneading the dough, thinned it and cut into small strips. It’s like chopping straps for make noodles.I made the mixture by crushing the fish that had been boiled the day before and adding the onion, ginger,garlic,salt and carrot to the simmering mixture and then added some boiled potatoes with cardamom powder,pepper and salt and turmeric and prepared the mixture.Before filling the small capsicums put a crack,and fill the mixture and wrapped the capsicum in the middle with small flour strips.While frying in the deep oil,fresh milk boiled on the stove,and add the tea leaves, bael flowers, ginger, and sugar until get the fragrant.I felt to drink and finish the Milk Tea with Bael flower due to the fragrance😍
Our mother is like a little baby too.My mother felt little lazy and my younger brother has played an old video of ours.
Saki was really like a tortoise,the face is flushed, and when he was a child.😂😂💛
I gave my mother cup of tea and went to see my father. My father is always under a tea tree.Even though he is under any tree, once I called him father, my father is next to me.I guess he must be hearing food is ready for you.😂❤
