Here's another fun superhero video tutorial, revealing how we did our recent "walking though a magic portal" effect like Marvel's Doctor Strange!

Various youtubers have tried the portal effect before (like Cinecom and Action Movie Kid) but we took the effect further by using real camera movement, with the shot following me into an entirely different location in one take. See the finished effect here:

This is a little similar to our Ghost moving though door effect, and our window smash effect done in one single take (or at least made to look like a single take!) and for once, this one DIDN'T happen with a green screen!
