Millenium bug eh. Suck my millenium dick. What is there to say?
This demo would have been nothing without our GFX guy Cheetah who has done some real cool GFX for this demo.
After doing The Flux demo which I think sucked because it had such a cosy atmosphere I was more than happy to do a maximum hardcore demo again. I hope you guys out there also think this gave you a really dark and destructive mood. Thats the way I like it.
I also have something to say about the new breed of minimalistic demos. I think this new way is kind of cool, but making it all simple and primitive isn't cool at all when you are not doing it with style. When doing this sort of design, it is important to spend some time on composing the layout of each effekt. Putting a 3D object in the middle of the screen on its own with its flatshaded polys being the only thing to look at, wont impress anyone. Put some thpught into those straight lines and boxes and make some-thing worth watching. Watch Blasphemy demos, or on Amiga, watch Klone by DCS. Anoother little thing that annoys me a little, why is everybody putting silly poems in their productions? They might be good on their own, but theyll never look good when put on top of a texturemapped tunnel, or combined with some shiny metaballs. Lets have less of that thank you.
Some special greets
Kalms for always taking time to explain stuff to me :D
Teo for always being in the mood for a chat at IRC.
Cherox for listening to my goatrance :D
The guys on Amigano, Amycoders and Amigascne
and last but not least Snarley/Anakata for some constructive criticism and for forcing me to implement the kontrast adjust routine, thanks buddy :D

Over to Frequent:
I hope most of you understod the irony in my module in the 4ch compo. If not, you should uppgrade your taste. Anyway, I would like to greet all that I met here at The Party. After working very hard together with Zixaq with the Concrete tune. In my opinion, our best co-op so far. Belive in the abstract concept.

Zixaq here. Im tired. Now I am going to eat. About the demotune: It was long way from the idea to the final result. Frequent and myself began to mix some drumbeats. The rythm was inspired by the Datablade-tune. First we felt bad about using that kind of tempo, because it was pretty similar to SuperFMLs tune. But then we heard that it was mostly ripoff from Prodigy and Chemical Brothers, so we gave a damn. He he. Anyway the final result got pretty different, so I guess it is no big deal. All the beats and sequences are mixed by us with mod2sample. The tune is therefore pure tracking. Frequent made most of the ambient-parts, mmmm, nice work, pal, I love it. Together we made the basic rythm, while I made the noisy drums and the non-ambient-parts. OK, enough facts. By the way. The 4ch compo was full of shitty modules. I have not heard that much crap since the multicompo at TP last year. Why are pixlers so much better than musicians? Send the answer to oyvindpnoste@hotmail.com

Cheetah and Stoney dont talk to anybody. Coz they are simply too elite.
