FULL RECIPE:
- 1/2 Bundle of your favorite herb (I used parsley but sometimes use cilantro, dill, mint, dandelion, etc.)
- 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce (if it's a large head, you can 1/2 it)
- 1/2 Lemon (juice the skin too, only if it's organic though)
- 1-2 inches of Ginger Root (MAJOR anti-inflammatory)
- 8 Stalks of Celery or 1 Bundle
- 3-4 Apples (I used both granny smith & pink lady)
*Add all ingredients to a juicer and juice!
**If you don't have a juicer, you can also blend and strain the juice via a nut milk bag or very fine mesh strainer.
