Most famously as one of the frontwomen of LUSH, she rose to prominence in the 1990's, with her unmistakable red hair and 12 - string guitar. Miki has gone on to form Piroshka with her husband, Moose and is currently part of the Miki Berneyi Trio (MB3). She has had a book published called 'Fingers Crossed' which offers a true insight into what it was like for her during the Shoegazing and Britpop hey days. Miki is my first female interviewee as part of my Shoegaze Legends Series and I am extremely proud and privileged to have been able to conduct this encounter.
