Carter is almost finished. His Level 3 (Wavy Edgelord) needs to be added, crouching hurt animation and lose animation.

Gizmo's command inputs function like special moves, since the sprites used are directly from the GBA game "Stripe vs Gizmo" and he doesn't have a lot of attack sprites in that game, so I had to manipulate the sprites to form "attacks" lol. xD
